Result of AGM

 

Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and
gas company, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
held today, all resolutions were duly approved by shareholders.

 

The results of the voting on each resolution are set out below:
