The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. - total voting rights

In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's (the
"FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 and
following allotments by The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the
"Corporation") of 1,546 ordinary shares during January 2025, as at 31 January
2025, the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Corporation were
as follows:
