7.2% at $6.72 in co's third day since going public
    ** Stock jumps as much as 14.7% to $7.19 early Weds
    ** LFLY debuted on Mon after closing business combination
with SPAC owned by one of its biggest backers, Merida Capital
Holdings
    ** The $532 mln deal announced in Aug was to provide
Seattle-based LFLY up to $161.5 mln in proceeds to help expand
