ZURICH/BERLIN, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
    CREDIT SUISSE  CSGN.S 
    One of Credit Suisse's CSGN.S large shareholders, Harris
Associates, has reduced its stake in the bank by roughly half to
about 5%, according to regulatory filings, as the Swiss bank

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    *Leclanche SA  LECN.S  receives orders for 22.6
megawatt-hours of battery systems for hybrid ferries in maritime
industry.  LECN.S 
    *Logitech  LOGN.S  reported preliminary third-quarter net
sales at between $1.26 billion and $1.27 billion, down between
22% and 23% in U.S. dollars compared with the same period in the
prior fiscal year.  LOGN.S 
    *Bossard Holding  BOS.S  reported 2022 sales at 1.53 billion
Swiss francs, versus 995.1 million in prior year.  BOS.S 
    *VAT Group  VACN.S  reported fourth-quarter net sales of 290
million Swiss francs ($311.56 million), down 5% compared with
