Trading Update

 

 

Leeds Group announces that its subsidiary, Hemmers-Itex Textil Import Export
GmbH ('Hemmers'), has identified an error in its stock system.

 

The stock at 31 May 2023 was overvalued by £408k of which £189k relates to
the year ending 31 May 2023 and £219k relates to the year ended 31 May 2022,
which may be reported as a prior year restatement.

 

The programming error has now been corrected.
