Leeds Group announces that it has today been informed that Sunningdale Investments Limited, having purchased an additional 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, now owns 2,240,000 ordinary shares, representing 8.13% of the Company's total voting rights comprising 27,548,343 ordinary shares in issue.
