Leeds Group announces that it has today been informed that Sunningdale Investments Limited, having purchased an additional 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, now owns 2,510,000 ordinary shares, representing 9.13% of the Company's total voting rights comprising 27,498,343 ordinary shares in issue.
