** Swiss derivatives specialist Leonteq LEON.S is sticking
to its 300 million Swiss franc ($300 million) operating income
goal despite a slow start to the year amid cautious client
trading, Chief Executive Lukas Ruflin tells the Finanz und
Wirtschaft paper
** "Absolutely. Our income in 2018 was already over 280
million francs," he is quoted as saying in an interview
published on Saturday urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN20117N
** "Perhaps there will be a semester that is under the
target range, but then there are semesters that are above it, as
has just happened. We have a only a month of 2019 behind us, so
it would be wrong to draw conclusions for the full year on this
basis."
** He said U.S.-Chinese trade tensions had weighed on client
activity in Asia, but said sentiment could change quickly
