BridgeBio, LianBio down on discontinuing bile duct cancer drug study

** Shares of BridgeBio Pharma Inc  BBIO.O  fall 6.6% to
$10.7, LianBio  LIAN.O  down 3.28% to $1.77
    ** BBIO to discontinue the ongoing late-stage study of drug
candidate, infigratinib, to treat patients with cancer of bile
duct  
    ** LIAN, who partnered with BBIO to conduct the study of the
drug in China, is also terminating the study following the
decision
    ** Drugmaker BBIO's decision comes after Helsinn Healthcare
SA planned to withdraw the marketing application of the drug,
infigratinib from U.S. and to permanently discontinue it
    ** Including session losses, Lianbio down ~71% YTD,
Bridgebio up ~16% YTD
