Lilium rises on partnership with Bristow

** Shares of air taxi maker Lilium N.V.  LILM.O  up 8.2% at
$2.80 in premarket 
    ** Lilium, on Sunday, said it had signed a memorandum of
understanding (MoU) with helicopter operator Bristow Group
 VTOL.N  for orders of electric-powered aircraft  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX7NQtZR
    ** Under the agreement, Bristow will have the option to
purchase up to 50 Lilium Jets 
    ** In addition, Bristow will also provide maintenance
services for Lilium Jet's launch network in Florida and other
future U.S. and European markets
     ** Up to Friday's close, LILM shares had lost ~63% YTD
