    ** Co's offering of 1.79 mln shares of its common stock
priced at $3.35/shr, representing a discount of ~15% to stock's

    ** Expects to raise about $6 mln in gross proceeds from the
offering, which is to close on or about Mar. 22
    ** YVR shares, which have surged ~102% so far this year
