Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company announces further to its Director / PDMR Shareholding announcement on 30 January 2025 that Paul Pindar, the Chair of the Company, has repaid in full the personal loan facility with HSBC entered into to provide liquidity for personal property investment commitments, as referred to in that announcement.

The Company has received confirmation that the charge over the 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") previously pledged as security against that facility has been released. These 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares are now unencumbered.

Mr Pindar's shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 15,500,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr Pindar, together with his wife, Sharon Pindar, continue to own 17,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing over 28% of the Company's issued share capital. They have not sold any shares in Literacy Capital since the Company's Admission to the London Stock Exchange in June 2021.
