Appointment of a Finance Director by its investment manager

 

 

Literacy Capital plc ("Literacy" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Aasha Tailor as Finance Director of its investment manager,
Book Asset Management LLP. Aasha is ACA qualified and brings over 13 years'
experience in financial advisory, supporting private and public companies
operationally and through transactions.

 

Aasha joins from Swan Partners, where her experience in helping growing
businesses will support the continued development of Literacy's portfolio
companies, enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives. In this newly
created role, she will also oversee all financial and reporting matters for
the Company.

 

Commenting on the appointment, CEO of Literacy's investment manager, Richard
Pindar, said:

highly relevant experience from her previous roles, which will add significant
value to both Literacy and its portfolio companies. This is another example of
