Appointment of Corporate Broker and Financial Adviser

 

Literacy Capital plc ("Literacy", "BOOK", the "fund", or the "Company"), a
listed investment trust primarily focused on investing directly into private
businesses based in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Deutsche
Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) as the
Company's sole corporate broker and financial adviser with immediate effect.
