The Company announces that on 25 June 2021, Richard Pindar (PDMR), Sharon Pindar (closely associated to a PDMR), Rachel Murphy (PDMR), Miral Patel (PDMR), Jesse Portner (PDMR), Thomas Vernon (PDMR) and Oliver Cox (PDMR), purchased ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below.
