PDMR Dealing Announcement

 

The Company announces that on 22 March 2022, Christopher Sellers (PDMR),
Independent Director of the Company, CEO of RCI Group and Chairman of Grayce
(the Company's two largest investments) purchased ordinary shares of £0.001
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
version of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and
repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council
