** Shares of Livetiles  LVT.AX  gain as much as 3.5% to
A$0.060, their best day since Oct 4 - if gains hold 
    ** The workplace software maker says it has acquired the
remaining 80.03% shares in My Net Zero, a carbon and climate
change platform, after buying an initial stake of 19.97% in Dec
