Australia's Livetiles plunges after co announces de-listing from ASX

** Shares of workplace software maker Livetiles Ltd  LVT.AX 
drop as much as 56% to A$0.026
    ** Co submits formal request to the Australian Securities
Exchange to be removed from the official list 
    ** The formal request follows receipt of in-principle
approval from ASX in relation to the proposed de-listing
    ** Co says de-listing is considered by the board to be in
the best interests of the firm 
    ** Shares on track for their worst day since Aug 2014, if
losses hold 
    ** Livetiles stock down ~70% so far this year
