Harley names former PWC exec Maraj as EV unit's finance chief, shares up

** Shares of motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson Inc  HOG.N  up
1.4% at $31.84 in morning trade 
    ** Co names former PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC)
executive Tralisa Maraj as chief financial officer of its
electric bike unit, LiveWire  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N2Y92CE
    ** Maraj, who previously served as CFO of Canada's CGX
Energy Inc  OYL.V , will takeover as CFO of the LiveWire
effective today
    ** HOG in December announced that it would take its EV unit
public though a merger with a blank-check firm in a deal valued

    ** YTD, HOG down ~15.7%
