Logistics Development Group plc, the AIM investing company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 13 month period to 31 December 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting are being published and posted to shareholders today.  The Annual General Meeting will take place at Fifth Floor, 1 Albermarle Street, London, W1S 4HA on 25 June 2025 at 10:00am.
