Logistics Development Group plc, the AIM investing company, announces that its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2021 and Notice of
Annual General Meeting will be published and posted to shareholders today.
The Annual General Meeting will take place at Fifth Floor, 1 Albermarle
Street, London, W1S 4HA on 12 May 2022 at 10:00am.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are also
