Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company')

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

The Company was notified on 13 June 2023 that Ray Davies (Finance Director)
has, via his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) as part of the SIPP's dividend
reinvestment arrangements, purchased 328 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 901.25 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 June 2023.

 

As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in Ordinary
Shares increases to 81,807 shares representing 0.27 per cent of the Company's
total voting rights.

 

The Notification of Dealing Forms set out below are provided in accordance
