Placing of Ordinary Shares ("Placing")

Lok'nStore is pleased to announce that, finnCap, as the Company's broker, has conducted a Placing of 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") with a new institutional investor.

The Placing Shares have been sold on behalf of certain directors of the Company at a price of 340 pence per share and represent, in aggregate, 1.39 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.

Subsequent to the Placing, the relevant Directors' revised total beneficial interests in the Company are set out below.

The Ordinary Shares placed on behalf of Andrew Jacobs are the result of Mr Jacobs' exercise today of the same number of options held by him under the terms of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme and have been exercised by Mr Jacobs at the following prices per Ordinary Share.

These shares have been allotted and will be dealt with under the terms of the Company's existing blocklisting arrangement.

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following the above exercise of share options, the issued share capital of the Company is 28,964,077 shares of 1 pence each of which 2,466,869 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding Treasury shares will therefore be 26,497,208 (the 'Figure').

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
