 * Says is expected to record a net loss for each of the four financial years 
   and the 2015 interim period 
 * Says expected result due to the deconsolidation of the subsidiaries of the 
   company 
 * Trading in shares of the company has been suspended since 22 March 2012 and 
   will continue to be suspended until further notice
