** French media company Lagardere LAGA.PA rise more than
9% on FY results and a dividend proposal of EUR 0.67 per share
** Lagardere publishes FY EBIT of 593 million euros
($621.52 million), up 14% year-on-year, on revenues up 8.5% LFL
to about 9 billion euros
** The shares is on track for its best day since
mid-September 2021, if gains hold
** They touch their highest price in 4-1/2 months
** Shares of Louis Hachette Group ALHG.PA , majority owner
of Lagardere, also climb 9.3% after announcing plans to
distribute at least 85% of the dividends received from Lagardere
in 2025
** Vivendi VIV.PA , from which Louis Hachette Group was
spun-off, edges up 1.9%
