Director Shareholding

 

LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and
electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that it was
informed on 7 February 2022 that Robert B Horvath, Chairman of the Company,
and his wife Louise B Horvath, purchased in aggregate 70,000 ordinary shares
in the Group at an average price of 72.96 pence per share on 4 February 2022.

 

Following the above purchases, Robert Horvath is beneficially interested in
100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.74 per cent. of the
Company's current issued share capital.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of the UK
