** Luna Innovations  LUNA.O  shares up 11.84% at $7.46; on track
for biggest daily pct gain since Nov 10, 2020
    ** The optical tech company posted Q4 adj EPS of 8 cents on
revenue of $24.22 mln vs Refinitiv estimates calling for EPS of
4 cents and revenue of $23.67 mln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASA034AC
    ** LUNA also forecast Q1 revenue between $20 mln to $22 mln
and FY revenue between $109 mln to $115 mln; current Street
estimates are for Q1 revenue of $23.61 mln and FY revenue of
$103.41 mln 
    ** LUNA also announced it had acquired LIOS Sensing, a
division of NKT Photonics, from NKT A/S  NKT.CO  for €20 million

    ** Volume in LUNA shares was 176,182 versus its 10-day avg
of 134,536
    ** LUNA shares now above 50-day moving avg of $7.11, the
first time above its 50-day since Nov 22, 2021
