** Stock hits highest since September 13, 2023; top gainer on ASX All Ordinaries index .AORD

** Wholsesale floral co agrees to be bought by Hasfarm Holdings and Darwin Aus Bidco for A$2.245/share in cash

** Offer price represents 28.3% premium to last close

** Co posts 11.4% y/y rise in FY NPATA, 8.2% rise in FY revenue

** YTD, LGL gains 17.9%
