Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Grant of awards under the M&G Performance Share Plan 2019 (the 'PSP')

On 9 June, M&G plc granted nil-cost option PSP awards to the PDMRs set out
below. The Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of these additional
awards under the PSP to Executive Directors following shareholder approval of
the revised Directors' Remuneration Policy at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held on 30 April 2025.

The PSP awards granted are subject to the achievement of performance
conditions over a three-year period, with a subsequent two-year holding period
applying to the awards. The additional awards will be granted at the same
share price used for the original grant on 1 April 2025 (£2.025). This
approach aligns the terms as closely as possible with the original grant,
which was approved by shareholders as part of the Directors' Remuneration
Report disclosures.
