April 28 (Reuters) - Magnus Energy Group Ltd  MAGN.SI : 
 * Announce that the board has received an anonymous letter addressed to the 
   company's chief executive officer 
 * Company will lodge a police report and make an announcement if such a police 
   report is made 
 * Letter contains threats to submit a complaint to the commercial affairs 
   department of the Singapore police force 
 * Co is currently seeking legal advice on whether threats contained in letter constitute an offence under the penal code or any other laws 
 * Threats to submit complaint if company does not cease allotment and issuance 
   of the notes and/or the conversion shares
