July 1 (Reuters) - Magnus Energy Group Ltd  MAGN.SI : 
 
 * Unit has entered into a sales and purchase agreement to acquire 100% of 
shares in Goyes Agri-Food Investment Limited from Sharp Year Ventures 
 * Consideration the proposed acquisition shall be fully funded by the issue of 
consideration shares by apac 
 * Success of transaction is expected to have a positive effect on EPS of the 
group for the financial year ending 30 June 2017
