Interim Dividend

 

The Company's dividend policy is to pay quarterly dividends which are expected
to comprise approximately 0.75% of the relevant quarter end net asset value,
leading to an aggregate annual dividend target of approximately 3%.

 

The Board of Majedie Investments PLC has therefore declared an interim
dividend in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2025 of 2.30 pence per
ordinary share, to be paid on 6 March 2026 to those shareholders registered at
the close of business on 13 February 2026.

 

The shares will go ex-dividend on 12 February 2026.
