Further update regarding Marylebone Partners and Brown Advisory

Further to the announcement on 8(th) September 2025, the Board of Majedie
Investments PLC notes that its manager, Marylebone Partners LLP, has received
regulatory approval to become part of Brown Advisory, with change of control
expected to be effective from 21 November 2025.
