Result of AGM

 

Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), a global partner in learning and skills
development, confirms that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier
today, all Resolutions were duly passed save for Resolution 10 regarding the
disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights which did not achieve the
required majority for a special resolution receiving 73.3% votes for and was
therefore voted down. The Board acknowledges the outcome and remains committed
to maintaining an open and constructive dialogue with its shareholders and
will continue to act in the best interests of the Company and its
stakeholders.
