NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Mandarin Oriental International Limited (the 'Company' or 'MOIL') announced today that on 15th March 2016 conditional awards over the Company's shares were granted to the following Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') under the Mandarin Oriental Share-Based Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan'):-
