In compliance with DTR 5.6.1 R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:-

At the close of business on 30th November 2017, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,258,623,158 ordinary shares with voting rights of one vote per share. The Company does not hold any treasury shares.

The above figure of 1,258,623,158 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
