MANDARIN ORIENTAL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

Application for Block Listing of New Shares


Mandarin Oriental International Limited (the 'Company') announced today that it had made applications to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to the standard listing segment of the Official List and a block listing of 29,616 new ordinary shares of US$0.05 each of the Company (the 'New Shares').  It is expected that admission of the New Shares to the Official List will commence on 14th April 2020.  
 
The New Shares will be allotted and issued fully paid on vesting of the conditional awards over the Company's shares granted under the Mandarin Oriental Share-Based Long-Term Incentive Plan, and will rank, pari passu, with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
