PUBLICATION OF 2016 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Mandarin Oriental International Limited (the 'Company') has today published on the Company's website, www.mandarinoriental.com, its Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31st December 2016 (the 'Annual Report'). The notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting is also being made available on the website.
A printed copy of the Annual Report, together with the notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting and form of proxy, are today being posted to shareholders.
Copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (the 'FCA') in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The information required by the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5 of the FCA is included in the preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 31st December 2016 made by the Company on 2nd March 2017 and in the Annual Report.
