Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for
the period ended 28 September 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting (the
"Notice of AGM"). Copies of the documents are available to view or download

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00am on
21 January 2025 at The Farmhouse at Mackworth, 60 Ashbourne Road, Derby DE22
4LY.
