Directorate change
Marston's PLC announces that Rosalind Cuschieri has indicated her intention to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 27 January 2015.
Rosalind has served as a Non-executive Director since 2006 and is currently a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Roger Devlin, Chairman, commented:
