In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), Marston's confirms that, as at close of business on 29 January 2021, it has in issue 660,362,194 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 7.375 pence each, and 75,000 preference shares with a nominal value of 100 pence each. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of the ordinary shares is GB00B1JQDM80 and the ISIN for the preference shares is GB0009772459.
