On 22 April 2024, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 10,000
ordinary shares at a price of 368.00p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds
29,543,262 shares in TREASURY and has a total of 69,132,645 ordinary shares
