PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

 

 

The Company announces that on 23 May 2025 it purchased 75,522 ordinary shares
for cancellation. The price paid was 59p per ordinary share.

 

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 143,951,488 ordinary
shares in issue.
