Maven Renovar VCT PLC ("the Company")

Share Buy-back and Total Voting Rights

 

 

On 3 March 2026, Maven Renovar VCT PLC purchased, for cancellation, 66,483 of
its own Ordinary Shares at a price of 56.5p per share and 114,995 of its own
Ordinary Shares at a price of 56p per share.

 

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its
issued share capital as at close of business on 3 March 2026 comprises
141,011,724 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, with each share carrying one voting
right.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a
change to their interest, in the Company.
