Further to the release of the Company's preliminary results announcement on 23 March 2021, the Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 November 2020, and a circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021, have been published on the website www.mccollsplc.co.uk/reportsandpresentations and copies sent to shareholders.
 
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the FCA and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism
