   7 March  2022 -  MD Medical  Group Investments  Plc ("MD  Medical  Group",
   "MDMG" or the  "Company" -  LSE, MOEX:  MDMG), a  leading Russian  private
   healthcare provider, today announces changes in its Board of Directors.

    

   Kirill Dmitriev decided to step down as a member of the Company's Board of
   Directors. The changes came into effect on March 5, 2022.
