Director / PDMR / PCA Shareholding

Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP), the UK and Ireland market leader in the provision
of teleradiology services, announces that it was notified on 9 November 2022
that Mrs Sarah Lavis, the spouse of Dr Robert Lavis, Group Medical Director of
Medica, purchased a total of 368 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company
("Shares") at a price of 135.54 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Robert Lavis is beneficially interested in 1,157
shares, representing <0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The notification set out below are provided in accordance with the
requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation and set out more details of the
