** MGPM among top pct gainers on FTSE small caps .FTSC
** Medica expects underlying operating profit for 2022 to be
in line with market expectations
** Co's full-year revenue jumps 24% to 77 million pounds
($94.03 million), helped by contract renewals, net new contract
wins and extension of service agreements in UK
** Co says UK earnings supported by recovery in radiologist
reporting capacity from September onward
** "Onboarding of overseas radiologists should begin to make
an impact this year, boosting reporter capacity further and
supporting revenue growth" - Liberum
** Co's shares touch highest level since Dec. 5, headed for
best day since July 26 last year
