Jan 19 (Reuters) - ChoongAng Ocean Co Ltd  054180.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will merge with wholly owned subsidiary CMG 
Co.,Ltd, which is engaged in manufacturing business of generator 
and railway vehicle parts 
    * Says merger ratio is 1:0 between the company and the 
subsidiary, the company will survive and the subsidiary will be 
dissolved after the merger  
    * Merger effective date is March 31
