    * Says its unit CMG Co.,Ltd will acquire all the machine 
equipments, contracts, as well as other rights of motor and 
generator business from Daeil Electric Co.,Ltd, to develop new 
business  
    * Says transaction amount is 3.80 billion won 
    * Expected transaction settlement date is Oct. 31
